  My first pair of Rectangle Metal Glasses in Black & Gold had an issue, but Olet Optical's customer service was excellent and quickly resolved it. The replacement arrived within 10 days, and while the site could be more user-friendly, the quality of the glasses and the support I received made up for it. Appreciate the quick turnaround!
