  The prescription was correct but the lenses were very thick and heavy(1.56 index). disappointing.

  Service: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The thickness of the lenses is due to your high prescription combined with the 1.56 index lenses you chose. Additionally, the frame you selected is on the larger lens width. We should have informed you beforehand. We're sorry for our oversight!

  Ausgezeichneter Service und Ergebnis. Dies war ein sehr unkomplizierter Vorgang und ich bin von der Brille beeindruckt. Ein Optiker hat mich per E-Mail kontaktiert und um zusätzliche Informationen gebeten. Ein paar Tage später kamen die Brillen an. Am wichtigsten ist, dass sie nur etwa ein Fünftel von dem gekostet haben, was ich selbst beim günstigsten Händler hätte zahlen müssen.

  I'm super happy with the glasses I got – they're top-notch and super clear. At first, I was kinda worried about buying online, thinking they might not fit right. Turns out, I was stressing for nothing! But, you need to check out that size chart on their site, choose a pair that's close to what you've got now.
