  I’ve used Olet Optical many times in the past and the glasses have always been great. I recently ordered another pair and when they arrived I was underwhelmed as they didn’t suit me as much as I’d hoped. I was actually surprised they did a no quibble replacement for me. Oh and there are regularly fantastic offers which make sometimes.

  I find the frames a bit flimsy, and the lenses didn't quite meet my expectations. I know my prescription is on the stronger side, which makes the lenses thicker, but I wish there were options to make them slimmer or to check if the frames are suitable for my prescription. As a result, I only use these glasses occasionally.
