Return & Replacement Policy

1. Store credits and replacement pairs are nonrefundable.

2. The 15-Day Full Refund and Replacement Guarantee and the 365-Day Quality Guarantee do not cover damage or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

3. To request a refund or replacement, you must first contact our customer service team, then ship the item(s) back, and finally notify our customer service team with the shipping details.

4. Returns for 1-2 pairs are free of restocking fees. However, if you return 3 or more pairs, or if the returned quantity exceeds 50% of the total order and more than 2 pairs, a 35% restocking fee of the order amount will be applied.

STEP 3: Ship Back

Mail your eyewear and provide your Delivery Tracking Number to our customer service team.

STEP 4: Refund or Replacement

You will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item, or if you requested a replacement, we will ship your new eyewear.
