They let me choose a different option with no hassle, and were very quick to send shipping updates. Each shipping update was emailed as well, so you are always in the know of where your order is. Kept me up to date with where my order was throughout its process

Ive bought from Olet Optical but I think they are slacking off a little. They say that from order it takes up to 7 days to ship but ususally sooner and that complicated orders may take longer. Well I guess my bifocals are considered by them as very complicated because it took 13 days before I received them. I personally think that 13 days is too long.
